To stop Feature Updates on Windows 10 Pro -

Start at Local Group Policy Editor
	Local Computer Policy
	Computer Configuration
	Administrative Templates
	Windows Components
	Windows Updates
then on right side -
	Windows Update for Business
	Select the Target feature Update version
	Enable, then enter Windows 10 and 22H2
	
Then change Automatic Updates to make them manual
	Back to Windows Updates
then on right side -
	Configure Automatic Updates
	Enable, then set "2. Notify for download and auto install"
